A few of the teams we’ve supported
Most of the time we start with an audit, then move into the areas that need help most. Combine services or start with one clear scope.
Fixed-scope starting point. Full account audit across Google Ads and Meta Ads: campaign structure, wasted spend, tracking gaps, and 2 or 3 quick wins to act on next week.
A simple plan tied to your business goals: positioning, channels, budgets and quarterly milestones. E-commerce, DTC or B2B.
Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads (prospecting and retargeting) built for ROAS and CPA, not vanity clicks. Creative testing and scaling included.
Ongoing weekly work: bids, budgets, audiences, creatives and search terms. Plus a weekly written recap in plain language — what happened, why, and what we’re doing next.
GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tracking, conversion tracking and Looker Studio dashboards that actually inform decisions.
Foundations that compound over time: technical SEO, keyword strategy and content that ranks and converts on e-commerce category pages.
Upskill your in-house team on Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and PPC tooling — so the gains stay after we leave.
Tighten the marketing engine: reporting cadence, testing framework, briefs, hand-offs. Small changes with big compound effect.
Litchie is small on purpose. You get senior attention, honest answers and work that ships. No layers, no handoffs, no account managers between you and the work.
We start with your business, not a deck. Goals, constraints, and what has and has not worked before.
A focused plan: which channels deserve budget now, what to test, what to retire. Clear priorities, no fluff.
We run the work or run alongside your team. Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, content, dashboards.
Weekly review of what the numbers say. Every ongoing engagement gets a written recap: what was done, what it delivered, what’s next. No agency mystery.
It is me on the strategy, the work and the reporting. No agency layers.
We do both. The plan and the work that proves it.
One project, a quarter, or as your fractional marketing partner.
Your business changes. The way we support you changes with it.
Each engagement starts with a problem we can name and ends with a result we can measure. A few examples of what that looks like in practice.
DTC · Scaling paid
Challenge
Needed to scale paid spend significantly without letting acquisition costs run away with the growth.
Approach
Built a structured testing framework, tightened audience segmentation, and reviewed performance daily during the scale phases.
E-commerce · Performance shift
Challenge
A large share of the budget was going into brand campaigns with hard-to-prove returns, while performance was slowing down.
Approach
Shifted spend toward performance, restructured the account, and built a clear view of what each channel actually contributed to revenue.
B2B SaaS · Paid + Tracking
Challenge
Paid acquisition was hard to justify. Leads were not tied to revenue, and budget was spread across too many untested channels.
Approach
Rebuilt the tracking layer end to end, focused budget on the two channels with real intent, and ran weekly creative and audience tests against pipeline KPIs.

Estelle Perwez
Founder · Litchie
I’m a freelance marketing consultant, also known as a fractional marketing partner. I started Litchie after 8 years running paid campaigns for fast-moving teams across Europe, the UK and the US. Mostly e-commerce and DTC brands, plus B2B SaaS and growing service businesses. Most of them didn’t need a bigger agency. They needed someone senior who could plan, execute and explain, without the noise.
That is what Litchie is. A partner you can call, a plan you can read, and the work you would expect from someone who actually opens the ad accounts.

The lychee is small, distinctive, and looks impenetrable from the outside. Crack the shell and it is simple, fresh, and easy to enjoy.
That is the marketing I want to do for clients. Clear, recognizable, and simple once we open it up together.
(It is also my favorite fruit. That part was easy.)
Litchie is small on purpose. No account managers, no junior hand-offs. If you are interested in working together on a project, send me a short note. I read every message myself.
